The recipe

ONE SERVE
2 oz60 ml
Black & Blanc Classic Vodka
¾ oz22 ml
Fresh lime juice
½ oz15 ml
Ontario wildflower honey syrup
3 oz90 ml
Chilled ginger beer
2 dashes
Angostura bitters (optional)

The honey syrup

Mix 2 parts honey with 1 part warm water. Stir until combined.

Build your Mule

  1. Fill a mug or glass with cubed ice.
  2. Add the vodka, fresh lime juice and honey syrup. Add the bitters if using.
  3. Top with chilled ginger beer and stir gently.
